Investment expert with more than twenty years of experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets.

I specialize in the valuation of investment projects and companies in the mining industry and currently I manage private equity fund Aterra Capital, part of a global investment group controlled by Alexey Mordashov. Previously I worked for leading Russian and international investment banks, namely Alfa-Bank, Deutsche Bank and ING Bank, and contributed to the success of a number of landmark IPOs, including US$470m Globaltrans IPO (2008), US$605m Polymetal IPO (2007), US$317m Raspadskaya IPO (2006).

I have received a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (UK) and currently I am a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Silver Bear Resources plc, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. I am a CFA charterholder.
