Peter Prabhu is a co-founder of Interstice Consulting and currently serves as the Managing Partner of the firm. He is based in Singapore. He assists businesses and investors entering the ASEAN markets, especially those in the technology and Internet / e-commerce areas. He has done business in more than 25 countries throughout Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe.  

During his prior careers, Mr. Prabhu has been an investment banker and project financier with the JPMorgan Chase, BankAmerica and PricewaterhouseCoopers organizations, with regional responsibility for Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe. During this time he arranged billions of dollars in financing for infrastructure and related industries. He has also been a team leader for several high-profile project finance advisory assignments and cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures in Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. 

He will be joined by Anand Pathuri, Financial Services Consultant from New York. Anand Pathuri is Head of Operations and Finance at PNC Capital, Providing working capital and strategic private investment to the $120B staffing industry. Anand graduated from Harvard Business School in 2007, and was mainly involved in investment management in several companies including JPMORGAN Asset Management, MF Global and others.  

He will add the perspective on India as a country to be considered for Russian companies and entrepreneurs.
