Dear members of CFA Association (Russia),

In accordance with the Bylaws of CFA Association (Russia) ("the Society"), the nine-member Board of Directors ("Board") is elected in the beginning of each year by the membership.

This year, the AGM of the CFA Association (Russia) will be held  at the Unicredit Securities Office at 17/1 Chistoprudniy Boulevard, Moscow (see map location -- http://bit.ly/a87MIO ) on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 8am.

The deadline for receipt of nominations (by email to info@cfarussia.ru or to vtutkevich@cfarussia.ru) is on Friday, February 4, 2011.
