The CFA Association (Russia) in cooperation with RusRating present the V Annual CFA Association (Russia) Conference: “The Changing Landscape of the Financial Sector” The conference will be held on 20  November 2009 at the Hotel Marriott Royal Aurora (Moscow, ul. Petrovka, d. 11/20).

The following topics will be addressed:
                     -   Structural flaws made apparent by the crisis
                     -   The changing behaviour of market participants
                     -   Regulating a changing market

The event will debate the question: “The Russian financial sector should be regulated in accordance with the highest developed country standards – true or false?”

The conference aims to encourage dialogue between market experts and representatives of financial organizations on measures to overcome the effects of the world financial crisis.

Conference participants will include members of the Russian Federation Council, representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Economic Development Ministry of the Russian Federation, the Central Bank of Russia, the RSPP,  the MICEX, the IFC, the CFA Association, top executives and experts from commercial banks and international financial organisations, financial analysts.
