For women in business, sustaining belief in ability and demonstrating confidence when operating at a senior level can pose specific challenges.  By examining the power of physicality, voice and language, participants will reflect on their current communication style and learn tools and strategies to use these attributes to affect the attitude and behaviours of those around them, including key stakeholders.  Key skills and techniques will be examined in how to maximise impact, hold the space and find a voice to show up, and step into the spotlight with greater presence.  Participants will have the opportunity to explore the type of communicator they are and the type of communicator they can become.
