Annual CFA Mock Exam took place at the Moscow State University in Moscow on November 22, 2014. This event, organized by CFA Association Russia together with Kaplan Schweser, was designed specifically to prepare CFA candidates for the upcoming December CFA Exam. It also allowed Level 2 and Level 3 candidates to test their current knowledge in view of the May 2015 exam. 

The mock exam provided valuable help for the CFA Candidates in their preparation for the real exam. That’s why the number of candidates wishing to participate in testing is steadily growing every year, most of them representing Level 1 or Level 2 and just a few writing Level 3).

This proctored 6-hour classroom exam was replicating the actual CFA exam with its strict examination rules, protocols and actual up-to-date questions. Every participant had an allocated seat, the timing and schedule were followed just as thoroughly as at the real exam, and no one had the opportunity to check questions beforehand.

At the end of the exam each participant received access to self-grading tool on SchweserMock.com. This online service, provided by Kaplan Schweser, provided the participants with Answer Keys with following features:

-       Complete answers explanations 

-       Results in comparison to other candidates

In addition, Kaplan Schweser provided each participant with the special Mock Exam Tutorial. This online Multimedia Tutorial Review was designed for each level and has almost 10 hours of precious info covering all the concepts, instructions, definitions and techniques in regard to the exam. Registered candidates can simply login to SchweserMock.com and click on any question to see its full explanation. Tutorial shows the participants how to use what they have learned, and demonstrates the best ways to approach exam questions. Candidates highly appreciated this support, claiming it to be a very efficient way to fill in gaps in their study and train for the upcoming exam.
