On September 27, CFA Association Russia took part in the opening of IB Club’s new season, which was held in the Faculty of Economics building of Moscow State University (MSU). During the opening, CFA Association Russia became an official partner of IB Club (Investment Banking Club MSU) and started a new chapter of collaboration with the student community.

The partnership between CFA Association Russia and IB Club MSU will diversify the work of each organization. In addition to the workshops, various joint educational activities, cooperation in the employment of financial professionals, and other informative gatherings are planned.CFA Association Russia announced its readiness to support IB Club's initiatives and to help organize new events for students of financial and economic universities. Thus, joint workshops with experts (members of CFA who are working in private equity, investment banking, or consulting) will be organized and made available to students.

The IB Club opening was attended by representatives of CFA Association Russia, financiers of largest investment banks (Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, UBS, VTB Capital) and members of leading private equity funds (GPB, DVC, RDIF) as well as representatives of the IB community.
