Just like last year, February  is the month when a new series of CFA Russia's intensive trainings begin. This past weekend on February 1-2 we held our popular training on financial modeling of investment projects. This training focuses on the development and operation of dynamic and error-free financial models that evaluate all stages of project management. The training was located at the head office of Joint-stock company «BCS — Investment Bank». BCS is one of the leaders of the Russian stock market, so we were pleased to organize our training at their office. This weekend’s training was delivered by two active members of the CFA community in Russia: Dmitry Ryabikh, CFA and Mikhail Panfilov.

Mikhail Panfilov is working at the Finance Division of Sberbank. Since 2012 he has been an assistant lecturer with CFA Association Russia and his teaching methods constantly receive only the highest praise. Dmitry Ryabikh has more than 17 years of experience in the fields of financial analysis and planning, and has authored a number of methodologies and software packages in project and audit management. He also runs more than 20 Commercial Valuation of Project trainings a year. 

As for our future trainings, we will be running our most-requested Use of financial models for business valuation training this week, February 8-9.
