CFA Association Russia's members and candidates met online for the first event in the new year to discuss a hot topic - job hunting in the upcoming year, and new realities to be considered when applying for work.

Our guest speaker was Natalia Mirskaya, HR business partner of Aspiring Capital. The webinar turned out to be quite interactive, with Natalia mostly answering questions from the audience. Lots of urgent issues were discussed, such as: finding a job in international companies for Russian specialists nowadays, hard skills vs soft skills in the current market, useful courses that can boost a CV, requalification after a career in finance, and many others.
