On May 31, CFA Association Russia held a master class in online format on the topic «Estimating the full historical return on shares using MS Power Query and MS Power Pivot". Oleg Schenker, expert in investment portfolio management, financial analysis and arbitrage pricing, was the guest speaker.

Oleg gave a brief overview of the online tools designed for analyzing and testing historical returns on stocks and portfolios, as well as sources of historical information about prices and dividends of Russian stocks. Participants of the event learned how to download source information into MS Excel tables and consolidate data using MS Power Query.
