On Thursday, April 29, CFA Association Russia held second live event this year, which took place in Novotel Moscow Kievskaya. The topics discussed yesterday were personal brand and career in finance. We invited two experts in the field - Tatyana Kozhevnikova and Olga Lorenz - to share their experience with the audience and answer the questions regarding the hiring process in large international companies.

First guest speaker was Tatyana Kozhevnikova, top manager and author of a number of bestsellers on the topics of HR and career. Tatyana spoke about her own experience as HR manager in international corporations (such as Coca-Cola, METRO etc), shared some useful advice for those who want to make changes in their career, and answered the questions from the audience. The second guest speaker, Olga Lorenz, Senior Partner at RosExpert, Head of «Consumer goods, Retail and Digital», spoke in more detail about CFO position: its roles in company, objectives it usually faces and career opportunities it offers.
