CFA Association Russia is happy to announce that it is finally returning to the familiar offline type of events. The first time members of the Association met in person after the quarantine was last Thursday, April 22^nd. After a short coffee break and networking, the presentations began. The first speaker, Dzhangir Dzhangirov, CFA, told the audience about the three components of the term “ESG” – which are ecological, social and governmental – and showed examples of what local and global problems might occur if we disregard them. The next speaker, Ekaterina Marushkevich, CFA, spoke in more detail about the influence ESG components have on the Russian and CIS banks’ creditworthiness.
