We are a family office managing a 9-figure AUM, focusing primarily on equity investments in the US market. Our track record spans several years of successful operations and growth. The office is located in Cyprus, but we are ready to consider remote candidates.

 

Investment Philosophy:

 

Our strategy centers on long-term capital accumulation with a 5+ year investment horizon. We target well-managed compounders in protected niches, preferring small and mid-cap companies. Our approach involves gaining a deep understanding of business operations and industry dynamics through extensive communication with industry insiders. 

 

Requirements:

 

We are seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in public/private equity, valuation, M&A, or investment banking. The ideal candidate will possess strong hard skills and demonstrate a genuine interest in investments. CFA charterholder or candidate status is an advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Gathering and analyzing industry and company data

Building and maintaining financial models

Contributing to portfolio construction and monitoring
