Position: Investment Analyst

Kismet Capital Group is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to work in an Investment Analyst capacity in our Moscow office.

Role and responsibilities:

 Preparing financial analysis, valuation models and investment committee memos

 Gathering and analyzing industry and market data

 Monitoring of portfolio companies

 Assisting the team with internal reporting

 Participation in due diligence, communication with targets and advisers

Skills and competencies required:

 Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field from a reputable university. CFA

participation / designation is a plus

 2+ years of relevant work experience within Investment Banking / Private Equity / Management Consulting / Big 4 (corporate finance) or corporate finance / M&A divisions of corporates

 Strong academic record with a high numerical, verbal, and analytical competence

 Good knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, business valuation

 Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure; strong work ethic

 Strong Excel & Power Point skills

 Fluent English, both verbal and written
