CFA Russia - Buy-side equity research analyst, hedge fund

Position: Buy-side equity research analyst, hedge fund

Employer: Rockstern Capital is an investment firm with several hundred million dollars invested in international equities.

Main responsibilities:

Gathering and analyzing industry and company data

Monitoring news and broker research reports

Preparing financial analysis and valuation models

Working closely with other team members

Communicating with target companies, sell-side research analysts and industry experts

Main requirements:

University degree in finance / economics / math / physics / engineering / CS

2+ years of relevant experience in asset management / valuation / corp fin / IB / PE / M&A

Strong numerical, analytical, and financial modeling skills, good command of financial reporting

Fluency in English

Bloomberg/Capital IQ proficiency

Strong motivation, strong analytical skills, team player, “getting things done” attitude
