Associate, M&A Advisory

Responsibilities:

Independent project management and supervision

Pursuing, managing and closing investment deals according to the set targets

Independent project management at all stages of the investment transaction

Communicating and signing contracts with new clients

Preparation of marketing and presentation materials (teasers, investment decks, fin models)

Coordinating due diligence and deal closing process (buy- / sell-side)

Managing investment analyst team in consulting projects for large corporations

New deal flow generation: research on investment targets, investors and market trends

Identify and analyze new investment and business opportunities

Requirements:

4-5+ years of relevant experience within PE, Family offices, IB; Bulge bracket experience would be an advantage

CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus

Proven track record of participated/closed deals

Ability to lead projects: organize the process, distribute tasks and manage expectations

Strong hard-skills: building financial models from scratch, preparing presentations

Work experience with transactional documents (SHA, SPA, Term Sheets)

Fluent English

Strong problem solving and hypothesis testing skills
