This Thursday, November 14th, members and friends of CFA Association Russia met in Novotel near Kievskaya metro station to discuss M&A from three different points of view: financial, legal and fiscal.

The event was opened by Alex Teplitsky, Partner at WP Capital and member of CFA Association Russia Board of Directors. Alex talked about pecularities of M&A negotiations. Then, Nikita Butenko and Andrey Shpak, Partners ar BIRCH legal firm, gae their presentation on legal aspects of M&A deals. 

Guests asked their questions and enjoyed networking over a cup of coffee before and after the presentations.
