On Monday November 21^st, CFA Association Russia held an in-person networking event in Novotel Moscow Kievskaya. Emil Vassenine, CIPM, CIM, joined us to give a presentation on the GIPS Standards and shared his experience of working in the biggest GIPS-oriented companies in USA and Canada.

Also, the topic of the CIPM certificate, second largest product issued by the CFA Institute, was touched upon. Emil shared his experience of passing it, and thoughts on its perspectives, as well as value for both CFA charterholders and those who passed one or two levels.

Before and after the presentation our guests enjoyed networking over a cup of coffee and light snacks.
